Is your cleaning service guaranteed?
If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean with no hassle.
Are you insured and bonded?
We treat your property with the greatest care; however, should damage or breakage occur, we will have the item repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. Spiffy Jiffy Cleaning is bonded and insured.
Do I need to be present when you clean?
You can be present if you like, but most customers prefer to give us a key that is secured in our office or you can leave the key in a safe place. However, this is not a very secure system and we do not encourage it. If we are unable to enter into your building or work place you will incur a lockout fee of $40. Alarm systems need to be off or code given to manager so we are able to gain access to building or office.
How do you protect my keys?
Your key is placed in a security box after a signed form to allow us into your building and the manager or assigned Cleaning Technician are the only persons that have access. In addition, all keys are identified with a number. On the day of your cleaning your key is issued to the team member and at the end of the day is returned to the security box.
Who is going to clean my Office building?
Spiffy Jiffy Cleaning will be servicing your cleaning needs. Our teams may sometimes consist of one, two and three team members.
Will the same team member always clean?
Our goal is to have the same team cleaning your office every time. However, circumstances like sickness, weather, holidays, vacations and accidents might cause a different team member to clean.
How long does it take to clean?
Time will vary depending on the condition and size of your building or space.
What do I have to do before the cleaning?
In order to provide you with a high quality service, we ask you to take a few minutes to pick up personal clothing, and other personal items. The fewer items the cleaner has to pick-up, the more we can concentrate in actual cleaning.
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
We provide some supplies and equipment. However, we can use your supplies and equipment, we would be please to accommodate your request.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No. However we do encourage you to request daily, weekly and biweekly service so you can get the best and greatest satisfaction of our service.

How would I pay for your services?
You can pay with a debit or credit card through our invoice system. Checks may be acceptable upon our request.
